At Royal Ragdoll Kittens, we are committed to ensuring every kitten is placed in a safe, loving, and responsible home. Because of the nature of live animal adoption, our return and refund policies are designed to protect the health and well-being of our kittens.
Deposits
All kitten reservation deposits are non-refundable unless Royal Ragdoll Kittens is unable to provide the selected kitten due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits are used to reserve your kitten and prevent availability to other families. We encourage all buyers to carefully review their decision before placing a deposit.
Final Payments
Final payments made for adopted kittens are generally non-refundable once delivery, pickup, or transportation arrangements have been confirmed.
Health Concerns
All kittens are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. If a serious health concern is identified within the period covered by our health guarantee, buyers should contact us immediately with veterinary documentation.
We are committed to working with families fairly and responsibly in situations involving verified health-related issues.
Returns
We strongly encourage families to be fully prepared before adopting a kitten. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you are unable to keep your kitten, please contact us directly.
Our priority is ensuring every kitten remains in a safe and caring environment. In certain situations, we may assist with rehoming arrangements.
